Europe has an interestingly fresh approach to food bars, much different than what you see here. Food is displayed open and carefree, just right for the picking. The walk down the narrow, winding cobblestone streets seem to pair well with shop windows embellished with food in ways that create conversation and attract passer bys. Fewer ingredients simplify recipes and provide less confusion to the pallet.
How did our lives get so complicated?
Daily menus are built around local and organic growers, many of which are located in our own Sunny Slope and remote areas in the Treasure Valley. In the early morning the kitchen heats up as our chef fills the food bar with beautifully boutiqued creations. By 7:00 am French pastries are at attention as the doors fling open to customers hungry for healthy and nutritious sustenance. White china is simply vessels enabling transportation to your favorite space on the mezzanine. There you relax in the morning light, read the news and check your email.
