This soon to be expanded on wall of wines was gathered from many regions around the world and from some of the finest vineyards in the United States. Vineyards close to home also find a place on our racks as vineyards in Idaho are being planted at the fastest pace in our history. Many vineyard owners are adding to their plantings, either more of the same varietal or introducing new ones. The majority of Idaho’s vineyards are near the Snake River. It is the combination of long growing days, moderate climate and unique soil that makes this region beneficial to growing wine grapes. Our desire is to offer wines not only to selective connoisseurs, but also to the novice seeking to sharpen their tasting skills. We wish to provide a non-intimidating, educational atmosphere where a new taster can hone their ability to select just the right wine to pair with the “dinner” they were invited to, or the “special wedding” they are charged with supplying. Whichever the case, we believe to “TASTE LIFE” is sharing experiences with friends and family, taking them to places undiscovered – simply tasting life!
