Celebrate the art of German cooking! Come and learn some authentic German recipies by Chef Patrick such as potato pancakes, Sausage and SauerKraut and Linsensuppe (German Lentil Soup). 

During the class you will have the opportunity to try the recipes Chef Patrick demonstrates along with two German wines.

In this class we will create festive apps that will bring cheer to any holiday gathering.

We'll make spiced nuts, classic cheese balls and homemade egg nog! Come join the festivities!

To kick off the festivities, enjoy a mug of mulled wine during the class!

Don't forget the sides! Gone are the days of over mashed potatoes and green bean casserole. In this class we will put together a mash for the new millennium with a blend of root vegetables, a non-traditional stuffing and we'll use sweet potatoes in a way you may have never thought of before!

The perfect Turkey is easier than you think. Chef Patrick will share all the tips, industry secrets and shortcuts to ensure the best turkey ever! In addition we will herb crust a beef tenderloin and roast it to perfection and we'll throw a Northwest twist on the holiday meal by preparing a side of Salmon that's as simple and fantastic as it gets!
